Pet Care Ultimate

📦 1. Data Storage

All pet data is stored locally on your device using an SQLite database. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. Your data stays on your device at all times unless you explicitly choose to use the optional cloud backup feature.

🔒 2. Permissions

• Camera: Used to take photos of your pets. Photos are stored locally on your device.
• Storage: Used to save and restore backup files (JSON/CSV export).
• Location: Used for dog walk GPS tracking and finding nearby veterinary clinics in SOS mode. Location data is not transmitted to any server.
• Notifications: Used for care reminders, vaccination alerts, and birthday notifications.
• Internet: Used for Google Drive cloud backup (optional) and Google AdMob advertising.

☁ 3. Google Drive Cloud Backup

This app offers an optional Google Drive backup feature. When you sign in with your Google account:

• The app only accesses files it has created in your Google Drive (using the drive.file scope).
• Backup data is stored in your own Google Drive account under the folder "PetCareUltimate/backups/", not on our servers.
• We do not read, modify, or delete any other files in your Google Drive.
• Emergency contact data may be synced to "PetCareUltimate/sos/" for cross-device access.
• You can sign out or revoke access at any time through the app settings or your Google Account settings.

Cloud backup is entirely optional. All core features work fully offline without a Google account.

📈 4. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).

📥 5. Data Export & Portability

You can export all your data as JSON or CSV files at any time through the Settings menu. This ensures you always have full control over your data and can migrate it freely. You can also share backup files with family members for collaborative pet care.

🗑 6. Data Deletion

You can delete individual pet records or all data at any time within the app. Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all locally stored data from your device. Cloud backups in Google Drive can be deleted through the app or directly from your Google Drive.

👶 7. Children's Privacy

This app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All data is stored locally and is not accessible to us or any third party.
